Dr. Pier Antoniucci
Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and President
Dr. Antoniucci has been in electrical manufacturing technical and management roles for over thirty years. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of P-Com, Inc., which produces wireless access systems. He had also been Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at P-Com. While there, annual sales grew from under $1 million to about $200 million. In 1996, P-Com went public.
Before that, Dr. Antoniucci founded and was president of Granger-Tellettra J.V., an American supplier of digital microwave systems which Alcatel Network Systems acquired. Before that, Pier held executive and management roles at Telettra, an Italian-based telecom products manufacturer. He earned his PhD in electrical engineering from Bologna University in Bologna Italy.

Dr. Fabrizio Montauti
Vice President of Engineering
Dr. Montauti has extensive senior level experience with microwave and millimeter wave wireless equipment and network design. Prior to joining WaveZero, he was VP of Marketing & Sales and VP Operations for PointRed Technologies (San Jose, CA). He was responsible for market development of a wireless communication system and was instrumental in securing key sales contracts around the world. From 1999 to 2001, he was co-Founder, Executive VP and COO for EESA (San Jose, CA), a provider of high frequency synthesizers in the 2.4 GHz and 5.7 GHz frequency ranges. From 1996 to 1999, he was Director of Engineering for P-Com, Inc. (Campbell, CA), a public company focused on wireless equipment and networks. He managed a team of 40 engineers working on new wireless equipment and devices. For Siemens Telecommunications, from 1989 to 1995, Dr. Montauti, worked as a Senior Designer on microwave and millimeter wave modules for satellite communications. He received his Doctor of Electronic Engineering at the Universita' degli Studi di Pisa (Italy) in 1989. He has three patents in the field of wireless equipment design and has published journal quality papers at international conferences.

Gary S. Koos, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Koos is a Certified Public Accountant who has been CFO of several high tech growth firms including Homegain.com and Onix Microsystems. Previously, he was Controller at KLA-Tencor and worked in financial management roles at VISA International and Arthur Andersen. He earned both his BS Business Administration and his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) at University of California, Berkeley.

John Zarganis
Vice President EMC Business Unit
Mr. Zarganis joined Wavezero in 2001 bringing significant engineering, plastic processing and contract manufacturing experience. John previously worked for Trend Technologies and Flextronics International where he managed various new product development and manufacturing projects for companies such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft on their Xbox program. He holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Russ Lakeman
Vice President RFID Business Unit
Mr. Lakeman has significant expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and business development for the Semiconductor industry. He previously worked at companies such as Trazar Corporation, a RF products company, and Saint-Gobain Semiconductor, where he developed cutting-edge coatings for process chamber components. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
